Hannah Hill – Criminal Lawyer

Hannah is an immigration and litigation lawyer, admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland. Holding a Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Bond University, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services to her clients. 

Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Hannah worked at a migration agency, providing invaluable visa assistance to international students from the Pacific Islands. At Potts Lawyers, Hannah focuses her practice on immigration law, offering expert guidance to individuals navigating complex visa applications, citizenship processes, and deportation matters.  

Hannah specialises in a range of immigration law services, including both mandatory and discretionary visa cancellations, as well as merits review. In addition, Hannah is experienced in handling citizenship applications, including citizenship by conferral and descent.   

With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of ever-evolving immigration policies, Hannah is dedicated to advocating for her clients, ensuring their legal rights are fully protected.
