Chris is a Litigation Lawyer. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Griffith University. Chris is admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and to the High Court of Australia.
Chris joined Potts Lawyers in February 2019 and practices in a wide range of civil litigation and dispute matters, typically in large-scale matters which are legally and/or factually complex because of his high attention to detail, comprehensive knowledge and understanding of civil law and industrious attitude.
Chris brings the same attentiveness and objective consideration to all matters he works on as he strives to achieve the best results for his clients by always acting in their best interests, and providing objective, strategic and measured advice which he distils in plain English.
Chris has worked closely alongside highly experienced and regarded solicitors and barristers, which has enhanced his own practice. His experience working with high calibre solicitors and barristers provides his clients with additional value, which is often apparent to his clients.
He understands and appreciates that disputes and litigation can be distressing and uncertain. Due to his composure and passion to assist clients, Chris fosters the lawyer-client relationship by being the voice of reason and addressing his clients’ concerns in a manner which is conducive to alleviating distress and uncertainty.
