✖️CASE STUDY SUNDAY ✖️ . This week we chat about a client who was facing an assault charge. . Erin discusses a recent client who was charged with common assault and tried to proceed through justice mediation. Whilst the complainant wasn’t willing to participate we were still able to assist our client through his sentence, avoiding the serious punishments available to the Court in circumstances where he had committed an offence involving violence. .
