Our client previously consented, on a without admissions basis, to a DVO being made against him after the breakdown of his marriage. 

Our client was charged with contravening a domestic violence order (DVO). It was the first time he had ever been charged with a criminal offence. 

Our client was charged with contravening a domestic violence order (DVO). This was his 7th charge for that offence.

Police issued a police protection notice to our client after receiving a complaint from his wife. It was alleged that he had taken photos of the private contents of her phone and shown the contents to other persons in her family. 

Our client was charged with contravening a Temporary Protection Order (TPO). Our client was named as the respondent to the order, and his ex partner as the aggrieved.

We were able to obtain a report from the Probation Office, the Court accepted our submissions, and we secured an outcome of a fine. This was an excellent result considering our client’s relevant criminal history.
